The Different Methods to Study the Bible

There are many different ways to study the Bible. It is not one of those topics that just have to be memorized. One study method can focus on different parts of the Bible while another study approach will focus on just a few things, yet another will include several different approaches.

Many different study methods are available. The word study method, the bible’s literal study approach, and other techniques. Bible study is an important part of a person’s life. Each method has its own unique set of principles and study objectives.

Literal Study: This type of study is very basic. It involves studying the Bible literally. It does not involve learning about the history of the Bible or following the spiritual development of the Bible. By using this method of study the student is only using the Bible as a book.

Practical Application: This is a method of study that focuses on practical application of the Bible. It is good for those who want to learn more about how to use the Bible to solve problems in their daily lives. It is also good for the student who wants to apply biblical principles in business situations.

James-KJV Study Method: James-KJV is a method that is very different from the literal study approach. This method focuses on the differences between the King James Bible and the New King James Version of the Bible. The New King James Version is used because the King James Bible has changes that were made during the life of the apostle James. By using this method the student can have the freedom to read the Bible according to the best translation.

Both of these methods are very different and it is important to understand the differences before applying them to your Bible. In order to apply the literal King James Bible study to your study, you must first decide if you are going to learn the KingJames Version or if you are going to learn the New King James Version.

Canon Method: The canon method is more based on what is called the “most authoritative” translations. In other words the most authoritative translations of the Bible will be used.

King James-KJV Study: One of the reasons the King James-KJV (or JKV) method is called the “most authoritative” is because there are more manuscripts for the New Testament. There are also more English translations than the King James Bible. So, by using the JKV it is easier to get around all of the differences in translation.
